Welcome to Sole Strength (formerly root2rise yoga & fitness)

Sole Strength is intelligent & integrative therapeutic movement programming in and around Long Sault, Ontario. Classes and private instruction, based on the principles of current human movement science, are led by Sheena Stoqua, a Registered Kinesiologist, Certified Yoga Teacher, Integrated Yoga Tune Up® Teacher, The Roll Model® Method Practitioner, MovNat Certified Trainer.  Practices are 60- 75min and always different.
